Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company in their meeting held on September 23 2022 and the name of the Company was changed to “Auro Impex & Chemicals Limited” and afresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion of company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated September 30 2022 was issued by Registrar of Companies Kolkata West Bengal.
