The Company was originally incorporated as Aryaman Broking Ltd on July 22 2008 under the Companies Act 1956 bearing Registration No.184939 having its registered office in Mumbai Maharashtra. Subsequently the Company received its certificate for commencement of Business on August 2 2008.
