The Company is not registered with SEBI as a Broker or sub-broker.In Investments the Company''s track record is less susceptible to violent fluctuations due to changes in economic environment and the investments have been in diversified industries/ trades. The Company has credited Revaluation Reserve during the year 1988-89 by crediting an amount of Rs.1185494/= upon revaluation of Self-owned as well as Leased Vehicles. The Revaluation reserve was credited to show their actual market value.
