Since therafter the main areas of activities of the company have been investment short term financing Leasing Hire-Purchase and Real Estate Agents.Present Activities The Company is mainly engaged in providing financial Services which include Leasing Investments and Inter-Corporate Deposits and Leasing and Hire-Purchase. The Company started its business on in 1986 with Leasing and Hire-Purchase of Vehicles and Loans to various Parties and has entered into the high-growth areas of Inter-Corporate Deposits and Investments. The Company has not acquired the Membership of any Stock Exchange. The Company is not registered with SEBI as a Broker or sub-broker.In Investments the Company''s track record is less susceptible to violent fluctuations due to changes in economic environment and the investments have been in diversified industries/ trades. The Company has credited Revaluation Reserve during the year 1988-89 by crediting an amount of Rs.1185494/= upon revaluation of Self-owned as well as Leased Vehicles. The Revaluation reserve was credited to show their actual market value.
