Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 27 2017 and name of the Company was changed to “Anuroop Packaging Limited” and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 02 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies Mumbai. The Corporate Identification number of the Company is U25202MH1995PLC093625.Vilas Vishwanath Bhagwat and Shrikrishna Sitaram Ghaisas were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the company. However as on date of this Draft Prospectus Vilas Vishwanath Bhagwat and Shrikrishna Sitaram Ghaisas are not associated with the company.The company is promoted by Mr. Amarnath Matadin Sharma Mr. Akash Amarnath Sharma Mr. Akshay Amarnath Sharma and Amarnath Sharma HUF. There was change in the management of the company in the year 2015.The company is engaged in the manufacturing of a variety of corrugated boxes/cartons.
