The Company was originally incorporated as SHEZ CHEMICALSLIMITED on 17th December 1983. Subsequently the name ofthe company was changed to SHEZ CEMENTS LIMITED on 17thOctober 1985. The Main Objects of the Company are fullyset out in the Memorandum and Articles of the Company andstated elsewhere in the letter of offer. The Company issetting up a plant to manufacture Ordinary Portland Cementand also the complete range Special Cements with aninstalled capacity of 132000 M.T. per annum.
