The Company was originally incorporated as ANG Lifesciences India Private Limited on June 14 2006 with the Registrar of Companies Punjab Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh as a private limited Company under the Companies Act 1956. On conversion into public limited Company the name of the Company was changed to ANG Lifesciences India Limited pursuant to special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 18 2010 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 02 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies Punjab Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. the company was further converted into private limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to ANG Lifesciences India Private Limited pursuant to special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 31 2010 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies Punjab Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh dated September 22 2010.
