The Company was incorporated in the State of Gujarat on27th August1984 as Sun Lame (P) Ltd. It has beenconverted into a limited company vide special resolutionpassed on 11th Oct.1993 and has acquired its present nameon 12th February 1996.During the year 1993 there was a substantial change in themanagement of the company. Majority of the directors oferstwhile company i.e. SUN LAME PRIVATE LIMITED hadresigned on 20/09/93 and Mr. Ramesh Patel presentManaging Director and Mr. Jayesh Thakkar have joined theBoard of Director. That time the company was facing labourproblem. The new management had negotiated with the labourand got rid off the problem by satisfying their dues onmutual terms as on 31/12/93 and thereafter the factory isrunning smoothly through contract labour. There was adecrement in the gross revenue of the company i.e. fromRs. 692.53 Lacs for the year ending 31/03/93 to Rs. 348.15Lacs for the year ending 31/03/94. Upto the year ending31/03/93 the accumulated losses were 70.58 lacs which havebeen converted into profits of Rs. 0.16 lacs upto the yearending 31/03/95.
