With the introduction of two more persons in the business namely Mr. Dhananjay Subhash Goel and Mrs.Neha Anshu Goel on March 17 2018 we have converted the Proprietorship firm into a Partnership firm. Subsequently wehave converted the Partnership firm into a Company in the name and style of Alphalogic Techsys Limited on December 13 2018 bearing Corporate Identification Number U72501PN2018PLC180757 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Pune Maharashtra.Key Milestones :2008- Mr. Anshu Goel started his business in the name of M/s. AGS Technologies (Proprietorship firm of Mr. Anshu Goel) dealing in IT/Software Industries.2016- Name of proprietorship firm M/s. AGS Technologies changed to M/s. Alphalogic Inc.2018- Proprietorship firm converted into partnership firm - M/s. Alphalogic Inc.- Partnership firm converted into Public Limited Company- Alphalogic Techsys Limited.
