The Company was originally incorporated as Public Limited Company in the name of “Alphalogic Trademart Limited” on September 22 2020 under the provision of the Companies Act 2013 bearing Corporate Identification Number U51909PN2020PLC194296 issued by Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre and was engaged in the activities of trading of goods i.e. paddy steel products and services etc. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to “Alphalogic Industries Limited” vide a Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated January 28 2022 bearing Corporate Identification Number U01100PN2020PLC194296 issued by Registrar of Companies – Pune to start its commercial operation in Design Manufacturing Supply and Installation of Industrial and Institutional Storage Systems.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY2020- Company incorporated as a Public Limited Company in the name of “Alphalogic Trademart Limited”2022- Started commercial operation of Racking System in the Manufacturing Facility- The name of the Company changed from “Alphalogic Trademart Limited” to “Alphalogic Industries Limited”- ET Business Awards 2022 for Most Innovative Company of the year – Industrial Storage Systems
