The Company was incorporated in the name of G.D.M.Jewellery Manufacturing Company Private Limited on 5thJuly 1989 with Registrar of Companies Delhi and Haryanafor Setting up gold Jewellery Manufacturing unit at NoidaExport Prossing Zone Noida (U.P) in phased manner. Theunit commenced commercial production in the year 1991-92.Pursuant to special resolution passed by the members intheir Annual General Meting held on 2nd February 1993 theCompany was converted into public Company on 3rd March1993. Subsequently the name of the Company was also changedto Euro-Gold Jewellery Limited and a fresh Certificate ofIncorporation to that effect was issued by Registrar ofCompanies Delhi and Haryana on 7th February 1994.The present estimated installed capacity of the NOIDA plantis 60 Kgs. per annum of gold jewellery. The commercialproduction at this plant commenced in the financial year1991-92 and the Company achieved capacity utilisation of33% 45% and 70% for the years 1991-92 1992-93 a 1993-94respectively.
