The Company was originally incorporated at New Delhi as “Akg Exim Private Limited” on 26th July 2005 under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Asst. Registrar of Companies NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Consequent upon the conversion of the Company to public limited company the name of the Company was changed to “Akg Exim Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 17th January 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES2005- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of “Akg Exim Private Limited”.2014- the Company become holding company of M/s. Apple Overseas PTE Ltd.2016- the Company sold investment in M/s. Apple Overseas PTE Ltd.2018- Conversion of Company into Public Limited Company.
