The Company was incorporated as ‘Ahlada Engineers Private Limited’ on August 10 2005 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad. Subsequently the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders dated January 23 2018 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to “Ahlada Engineers Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private company to Public Company dated February 6 2018 issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Hyderabad.
