Our Company was originally incorporated as Private Limited Company in the name of “Aeron Composite Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated May 13 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Havelli with CIN U25209GJ2011PTC065419. Subsequently pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 06 2024 our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Aeron Composite Private Limited” to “Aeron Composite Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated June 19 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre bearing CIN U25209GJ2011PLC065419.Major Key Events and Milestone:2011 Incorporation of the Company.
