The name of the company has been changed to RusodayFinance Limited Vide Special Resolution Passed at itsExtra-Ordinary Meeting held on 20th July 1995 and subsequentlychanged its name to Global Fiscals Limited by passing a specialresolution at its Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on 6th May1996 and Obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation from theRegistrars of Companies Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad on 6th June1996. In accordance with the direction of regional directorDepartment of Company Affairs Ministry of Finance Madras thename of the Company has been Changed to "Arham Fiscals Limited"by passing a Special resolution at its Extra-ordinary GeneralMeeting held on 22nd April 1997 and Obtained a fresh certificateof incorporation from the Registrars of Companies AndhraPradesh Hyderabad on 28th April 1997.)The Company is presently engaged in the activities of Investmentin Shares Loans and Advances etc.ARHAM FISCALS LIMITED is now entering the high growth highlyvalued financial services industry. It intends to venture intoinvestments and inter-corporate deposits in larger way anddeploy the proceeds in these areas in a judicious way so as tomaximise the return and utilise the funds to their optimum use.Although the Promoters viz. M/s. Rusoday & company Limited &M/s. Bhaneshwari Dealcomm Pvt. Limited are engaged in financialservices areas but there is a conflict of interest only to theextent of funds deployed in the area of Inter Corporate Depositswhich has a minor share in the income of the Company.The Company is presently investing its funds in sharesdebentures etc. as well as lending the money in the intercorporate deposits after thorough scrutiny of the proposal bysenior management staff. In case of defaults suitable legalactions are being initiated. The Company has neither made anyprovision for bad/doubtful debts nor written off any debtsbecause of its timely recovery in most of the cases. Though infew cases there is a marginal delay of recovery of intercorporate deposits but amount was received at later date. TheCompany has also not made any provisions in the past fordepreciation in the investment
