Subsequently our Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to a shareholders’ resolution passed at an Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 19th September 2023 and name of our Company was changed to “Addictive Learning Technology Limited” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 29 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies Delhi. As on date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus the Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U74110DL2017PLC323508.KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2017-Incorporation of Company2021-Alteration in the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association.2023-Alteration in Memorandum of Association due to consolidation of equity share capital.
