On 20th December 1993 the Companytook over the asset of M/s. Kaival Agro Products aPartnership Firm manufacturing and trading in PlantProtection Equipment for the last nine years under the name`KAIVAL'' at its factory located at Plot No. 119/D GIDCAnand. The products are well accepted in the market.The Company now proposes to take up expansion of itsexisting manufacturing facilities at the Plot No. 1703 &1704 at GIDC Industrial Area Anand where it propose toinstall the additional capacity as mentioned below.
