ABHINAV HOMES AND RESORTS LIMITED was originallyincorporated as a Private Limited Company on December 081994 under the name and style of ''Abhinav Finex PrivateLimited'' vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 11 - 83603issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra atBombay. The company was converted into Public LimitedCompany vide Special Resolution passed at the ExtraOrdinary General Meeting held on 9th October 1995 undersection 31/44 of the Companies Act. The Company obtainedCertificate of change of name from the Registrars ofCompanies Maharashtra on 2nd November 1995. The membersof the Company vide special resolution passed at the ExtraOrdinary General Meeting held on 23rd March 1996 resolvedto change the name of the Company to "ABHINAV HOMES ANDRESORTS LIMITED " and the Company obtained freshCertificate consequent to change of name from theRegistrar of Companies Maharashtra on 10th April 1996.The Company is yet to start any Commercial activity. TheCompany is proposing to undertake Construction ofResidential Buildings Countryside Bungalows/clubs etc.
