Our Company was incorporated as "Abha Power and Steel Private Limited" a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 27 2004 issued by the Registrar of Companies Chhattisgarh. Our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on March 30 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 5 2024 was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre consequent upon conversion recording the change in the name of our Company to ‘Abha Power and Steel Limited’.Major Events and Milestones:2004-Setting up of MS Ingot manufacturing plant in Hardikala village Bilaspur Chhattisgarh2009-Setting up of spheroidal graphite Iron Foundry2016-Transformation of Ingot making plant to steel foundry2018-First Export by our Company2018-Received empanelment/enlistment as a vendor for NMDC Limited (a Government of India enterprise)2021-Received manufacturing contract from Integral Coach factory Chennai ( Body under Indian Railways) for supply of brake support centering disc and other components.-RDSO A class certification in 20212022-Order of adapters to Indian Railways-Setting up of 2.99 MW Solar power plant for captive use.2023-Received approval as a certified vendor for railway components from RDSO Ministry of Railways.
