TRIJAL INVESTMENT AND FINANCE LTD was incorporated on 26thJune 1991 as a private limited company under the name andstyle of Trijal Investment and Finance Pvt. Ltd. andsubsequently converted into a Public Ltd. Company bypassing special resolution on the 16th December 1994. Afresh Certificate of incorporation was obtained from theRegistrar of Companies Maharastra on 6th April 1995 withthe change in its name to Trijal Investment & Finance Ltd.Since incorporation TIFL has commenced its operations ininvestments in primary and secondary market. During thelast three years the Profit Before Tax of the Company hasincreased from Rs. 0.14 Lacs in March 93 to Rs. 3.34 lacsin March 95 and Rs. 9.33 lacs during the period of 6months till 30/9/95. The company was also active inproviding various non-fund based services like LoanSyndications Project Report Preparation Sub- underwritingof Shares in private placement etc.
