The Company was originally incorporated as A-1 Acid Private Limited under the Companies Act 1956 and a certificate of incorporation was issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadar and Nagar Haveli on April 22 2004. Subsequently the Company has taken over the running concern in the name and style of “A-1 Chemicals & Acid” w.e.f. June 08 2004. Further the Company converted into a public limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 22 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to A-1 Acid Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat dated January 29 2018. the Corporate Identification Number is U24119GJ2004PLC044011.Major Events and Milestones2004- Incorporation of Company in the name and style of A-1 Acid Private Limited- the Company took over a proprietary concern namely “A-1 Chemicals & Acid” of Late Naranbhai Patel as its sole proprietor.2018- Conversion of the Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company
