The Company was originally incorporated on December 21 2012 as “7NR Retail Private Limited” as a private limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Haveli. the Company was converted into a public Limited Company and accordingly the name of the Company was changed to 7NR Retail Limited pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the EGM held on March 11 2017.
