This Assessment Is Related To Sales And Use Tax Audit Conducted For The Period Starting From June 30, 2022 To June 30, 2025. US Subsidiary Is Currently In The Process Of Evaluating The Matter, Including Filing Of An Appeal Against The Said Assessment Notice. The Aforesaid Notice Was Received By The US Subsidiary On May 8, 2026, At 1.02 P.M. (IST). 3i Infotech's US subsidiary received a tax assessment notice from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue for sales and use tax. The total assessment, including penalty and interest, amounts to Rs.10.24 crores (USD 1.23 million) for the period June 2022 to June 2025. The subsidiary is evaluating filing an appeal.

3i Infotech released its Q4 FY26 and full year FY26 consolidated financial results. For FY26, PAT grew 38.5% YoY to Rs.35.1 crore and EBITDA increased 53.3% to Rs.72.0 crore, driven by improved operational efficiency. Q4 FY26 saw revenue of Rs.175.7 crore and PAT of Rs.7.3 crore, maintaining growth momentum.
