Our Company is engaged in the business of providing merchant banking and capital market advisory services in India, with our operations presently conducted on a domestic basis in the areas of Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Debt Syndication and Corporate Advisory. We are registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Category-I Merchant Banker having Registration Code INM000013077. We have been carrying out the business of management of fund-raising activities, investment advisory, underwriting of issues, manager to issue, consultant or adviser to any issue including corporate advisory services and as consultant or adviser to the issuer. We are primarily focused on providing such services to small and midsized enterprises (SMEs) and medium size corporates and PSUs. Our business originally operated in the real estate services domain and subsequently transitioned into corporate advisory and financial services. In 2018, our Company re-oriented its operations towards the investment banking and capital markets segment and commenced providing services relating to corporate advisory, corporate restructuring, compliance advisory, investor relations and public relations to small and medium enterprises and start-ups seeking growth capital. We applied for registration as a merchant banker with SEBI in 2023 and received our Category I merchant banking registration in 2024, following which our operations have been primarily focused on regulated issue management and capital market advisory assignments.
