About Vinod Texworld Ltd IPO
Incorporated in 2012, Vinod Texworld Limited is an integrated textile company engaged in the manufacturing, processing and supply of textile products for both domestic and international markets. Its core operations include dyeing and printing greige fabric, which is then marketed and sold to customers.
The company manages the production process from sourcing greige fabric to producing finished dyed and printed fabrics. This integrated approach allows it to maintain quality control across different stages while responding to changing customer and market requirements.
Its product portfolio includes cotton, polyester and blended fabrics, giving the company exposure to multiple segments of the textile market.
Vinod Texworld operates a manufacturing facility on approximately 5,949 square metres of owned land. The facility has an installed production capacity of around 22.5 million metres per annum.
The company has an established domestic distribution network across Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal, along with its presence in international markets.
