The proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be utilised towards capital expenditure for construction of a shed, purchase of machinery, meeting working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. Since the IPO comprises entirely a fresh issue, the Company will receive the proceeds from the issue.

Vama Wovenfab Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of Polypropylene (PP) and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) woven bags and fabrics, catering primarily to business-to-business (“B2B”) customers across various industries. Incorporated in 2011 and converted into a public limited company in 2025, the Company commenced manufacturing operations in 2013 from its facility in Nani Daman, Daman & Diu.
The Company manufactures a range of customised woven packaging products, including woven bags, woven fabrics, HDPE trampoline and coloured woven fabric sheets, and loop-handle bags, in different weights, sizes and colours based on customer specifications. It also trades in plastic granules, which serve as a key raw material for its manufacturing operations. Its products are used for packaging and transportation across industries such as agriculture, food grains, sugar, fertilizers, chemicals and cement.
Vama Wovenfab operates an integrated manufacturing process in which plastic granules are melted and extruded into tapes, which are subsequently woven into fabric and converted into customised bags. The Company also utilises reprocessed granules generated from recycled production residues, along with additives and masterbatches, to support product quality, functionality and colour requirements. Its manufacturing facility is supported by quality-control systems and an experienced workforce of 123 employees as of August 31, 2025.
The Company’s manufacturing facility is strategically located in Nani Daman, providing access to transportation infrastructure and a skilled labour force. As of FY2024-25, the Company had established a sales presence across four states and two Union Territories.
