Apart from manufacturing, Susan Electricals undertakes the trading of aluminium wires and rods used as key raw materials and provides job work services related to the processing of winding wires and strips. Its operations are supported by three manufacturing facilities in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, located at Sahibabad Industrial Area and SSGT Road.
The company has built relationships with several state electricity distribution companies (DISCOMs) and institutional buyers through multi-state vendor registrations. During FY2026, it supplied products across seven Indian states, including Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka. As of April 30, 2026, the company employed 216 permanent employees across its operations.
