About Sky Alloys and Power Limited IPO
Incorporated in 2009, Sky Alloys & Power Limited is an integrated steel manufacturer engaged in the production of Sponge Iron, Mild Steel (MS) Billets, Ferro Alloys (including Silico Manganese), and TMT Bars. The company operates a manufacturing facility in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, one of India's key steel-producing regions.
Its business caters to both industrial and retail markets. Sponge Iron, MS Billets, and Ferro Alloys are supplied to steel manufacturers and industrial customers under a B2B model, while its flagship "SKY TMT" bars are distributed through a network of dealers and agents across various markets.
The company is also expanding into renewable energy by developing a 50 MWp DC/35.7 MWAC solar power project in Chhattisgarh, aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing manufacturing power costs.
