The Company will not receive any proceeds from the Offer for Sale.

Raksan Transformers Limited is an ISO 9001:2015-certified transformer manufacturing company with a track record spanning over three decades in the transformer and power equipment industry. Incorporated in 1995, the Company initially commenced operations with the repair and servicing of distribution and power transformers and subsequently expanded into transformer manufacturing in 2005-06. Over the years, the Company has evolved into an integrated manufacturer offering a diverse range of transformers for applications across power generation, transmission and distribution networks, as well as industrial and infrastructure projects.
The Company’s product portfolio comprises distribution transformers, power transformers, transformers for solar applications and special-purpose transformers. It manufactures single-phase and three-phase CRGO oil-filled distribution and power transformers, which are designed and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements, including voltage and power ratings, climatic conditions, system requirements and other application-specific parameters.
As of March 31, 2026, the Company operates through two manufacturing facilities located at Rai, District Sonepat, Haryana, collectively spread across approximately 3,037.5 sq. mtrs. These facilities have an aggregate installed production capacity of approximately 15,00,000 kVA for distribution transformers and 1,350 MVA for power transformers.
The Company has developed in-house manufacturing capabilities across several critical stages of the production process, including core cutting and slitting, wire and strip drawing and tank fabrication. In addition, the Company operates an in-house testing laboratory capable of undertaking routine and type tests in accordance with applicable Indian Standards and customer-specific requirements.
The Company’s manufacturing process involves various stages, including core cutting, coil winding, core-coil assembly, tank fabrication, drying, oil filling, final assembly and testing. The key raw materials used in the manufacturing process include CRGO steel, copper and aluminium conductors, transformer oil, insulating materials and fabricated transformer tanks. The Company has also implemented a backward integration arrangement through its group company, SHR Powers Private Limited, which manufactures transformer tanks and bodies used in the production of transformers.
The Company manufactures applicable products in compliance with the requirements of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and is authorized to use the ISI mark on applicable products. Certain products manufactured by the Company are also certified under the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) STAR rating programme.
The Company has developed relationships with a diversified customer base comprising government entities, power distribution corporations, public sector undertakings, public utility companies, EPC contractors and industrial customers. The Company is an approved vendor for more than 20 entities, including power distribution corporations, public sector undertakings and public utility companies.
As of June 30, 2026, the Company had 143 full-time employees, of whom 113 were engaged in production activities, with the remaining personnel deployed across key functions including design and quality control, finance, procurement and stores, sales and marketing, and human resources and administration.
