Pranav Constructions IPO

Incorporated in July 2003, Pranav Constructions Limited is a Mumbai-based real estate company focused primarily on redevelopment projects in the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) region, with a strong presence in the Western Suburbs. The company started as Pranav Constructions Private Limited and became a public limited company in July 2024. 

Pranav Constructions follows a pure-play redevelopment model and works across different residential segments, including Economical, Mid and Mass, and Aspirational homes. As of March 31, 2026, the company had a portfolio of 65 redevelopment projects in the MCGM region. Of these, 28 projects were completed, 20 were under construction and 17 were upcoming. Together, these projects covered a Total Developable Area of around 5.01 million square feet.

The company manages most stages of the redevelopment process through its in-house capabilities, covering tendering, pre-construction, construction and post-construction activities. It generally works with co-operative housing societies through redevelopment agreements, which helps it follow a relatively capital-efficient approach to project development. 

The company has been active in redevelopment since 2012 and has built its presence largely across Mumbai's Western Suburbs. Its team had 198 permanent employees as of March 31, 2026, including whole-time directors, working across construction management, sales and customer relationship management, architecture, legal and compliance, finance, administration and human resources.
