About Moneyview Ltd IPO
Moneyview IPO is a ?1,091.68 crore mainboard public issue comprising a fresh issue of ?750 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 10.04 crore equity shares. The IPO is scheduled to open from September 24 to September 28, 2026, at a price band of ?32 to ?34 per share, with the shares proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.

The fresh issue proceeds will be used to support loan disbursals under default loss guarantee arrangements, strengthen the capital base of its subsidiary Whizdm Finance and meet general corporate requirements.
