About Kwick Forensic Solutions LTD IPO

Originally incorporated in 2005 as Kwick Soft Solutions Private Limited, Kwick Forensic Solutions Limited provides products, solutions, tools and technologies for forensic sciences and law-enforcement applications, with a focus on Total Evidence Management. The Company initially operated in software development, including 3D rendering, animation and simulation, before entering forensic training in 2008 with the development of an Interactive Virtual Reality Crime Scene Simulator. It subsequently expanded into fingerprint science, forensic sciences, cyber and digital forensics, social-media analytics and big-data analytics. 

The Company's offerings span four key areas: Forensic Science & Physical Evidence Solutions, Mobile Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) Vehicles, Cyber & Digital Forensics, and DNA Forensics.  Its offerings include forensic kits and consumables, handheld forensic devices, evidence-collection tools, mobile forensic laboratories, digital forensic tools and software, DNA evidence-management solutions and other specialised forensic equipment.

The Company has developed and assembled selected forensic devices and controlled-environment chambers through its in-house capabilities. These include the CSI Pro, Multispectral Tablet, Digital Multipurpose Optical Comparator and Laboratory Fuming Chambers, which are deployed across forensic laboratories, police departments and training institutions in India.  

In addition to product sales, the Company provides forensic equipment rental services, including handheld scanners for liquor detection along with manpower support. It also provides product training and post-sales support through telephone, online and on-site assistance.

The Company serves police departments, central and state forensic laboratories, fingerprint bureaus, crime investigation departments, police training academies, forensic training institutions and universities. 

The Company holds certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and is registered with MSME, DSIR and NSIC. 
As of July 31, 2026, the Company had 33 employees on its payroll and 12 contractual employees, supporting functions including administration, finance, legal and compliance, operations, R&D, sales and marketing, tendering and management.
