About GV Electricals Ltd IPO
Incorporated in 1985, G.V. Electricals Limited is an electrical infrastructure services company providing operation, maintenance, and support services for power distribution utilities across India. The company plays a key role in maintaining and strengthening electricity distribution networks through long-term utility projects.
Its operations are divided into three business segments: Network Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services, Electrical Infrastructure and Network Development Works, and Metering and Meter Management Services. The company undertakes maintenance of 33 kV, 11 kV, and low-tension (LT) distribution networks, operates and maintains substations, and deploys skilled technical teams for line maintenance, fault rectification, and network inspections.
G.V. Electricals follows internationally recognized management standards and holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and SA 8000:2014 certifications for quality, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and social accountability. As of June 30, 2026, the company had an order book of approximately ?553.70 crore across 34 ongoing projects. It employed 4,473 people as of May 31, 2026.
