Incorporated in June 2015 as Credent Cold Chain Logistics Private Limited, Credent Connect N Care Limited is a healthcare services and logistics company providing technology-enabled solutions to healthcare institutions across India. The company follows a B2B model and serves diagnostic laboratories, IVD and pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare businesses. 

Its services cover home sample collection through trained phlebotomists, laboratory and paramedical manpower, diagnostic support, healthcare logistics, supply chain management, corporate wellness programmes, and technology-enabled courier aggregation through its C3 Post platform. The company also handles temperature-sensitive and time-critical transportation of diagnostic samples, medical supplies, reagents, and other healthcare consignments. 

Credent Connect N Care has a pan-India presence supported by warehouses, branch offices, commercial vehicles, field teams, and technology platforms for tracking and workforce management. Through its C3 Wellness brand, it also provides health camps, vaccination programmes, preventive health check-ups, radiology and diagnostic services, and healthcare manpower solutions. 

As of March 31, 2026, the company had 6,338 employees, including 4,052 payroll employees and 2,286 contractual employees. Its capabilities have also been strengthened through acquisitions of Credent Healthcare Private Limited, Credent Team Private Limited, and Alltrak Technologies Private Limited. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 15189:2022 certifications and is supported by an experienced promoter-led management team.
