Raw materials are sourced from both domestic and international markets, including the UAE, Afghanistan, the United States, Chile, and Sri Lanka.
The company's processing facility in Navi Mumbai is equipped for cleaning, sorting, grading, roasting, flavouring, cracking, and packaging of dry fruits. It has an installed annual processing capacity of 4,800 tonnes for almonds and 2,000 tonnes for walnuts. Adon Agro serves customers through multiple channels, including B2B bulk sales, wholesale, organised retail, exports, e-commerce platforms, and its own website. As of January 31, 2026, the company served 871 customers and had 62 employees.
