I visited the Dehradun branch to understand long-term investment planning and was impressed with how clearly they explained everything. They discussed risk, returns and practical expectations without making big promises Very supportive staff and calm office environment. They took proper time to understand my financial goals before suggesting options. I never felt rushed or pressured to invest. Their explanations were simple and practical. Good experience overall. They helped me understand how to manage investments step by step and explained reports clearly. I liked that they focus on proper planning instead of quick profits. Professional and organised branch. Documentation and account process were handled smoothly. Staff explains things clearly and answers questions honestly. Staff behavior is polite and professional .Overall service is good, but response time on phone calls could be a bit faster. Still, in-person support is very helpful. Professional branch with clear process for Demat account and trading services. They explain brokerage structure, investment options and order placement properly. They guide on stocks, SIP, mutual funds and long-term wealth building. Communication is clear and staff answers questions honestly. Good place if you want proper share market guidance.
