Hi, I would like to make a grievance against your Ernakulam branch, one of the branch colleague wasted my time by promising to open the account and collected all my ID documents then kept silent and ignored me without any legitimate reason , he could have at least show me a courtesy if your company unable to assist. Since then I have confidence though you're promoting yourself as one of the leading stock brokers. I am an unhappy customer.I can disclose the name of the staff if you are not willing to explain me the legitimate reason.
