Senco Gold Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Revenue Growth

Senco Gold Limited announced its financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting strong growth in consolidated revenue.

Consolidated revenue from operations increased 67% year-on-year to Rs 3,056 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 1,826.3 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA increased 16% year-on-year to Rs 213.1 crore from Rs 183.6 crore.

However, profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 101.1 crore, compared with Rs 104.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, marking a 3% year-on-year decline.

The EBITDA margin stood at 7.0%, compared with 10.1% in Q1 FY26, while the PAT margin declined to 3.3% from 5.7%.

Senco Gold Business Performance and Showroom Expansion

Senco Gold delivered strong retail demand despite elevated gold prices, with retail sales rising 50% YoY to Rs 2,651.5 crore and same-store sales growing 39%. Diamond jewellery remained a key growth driver, with sales increasing 43% in value and 18% in volume. The company added a net eight showrooms during the quarter, taking its network to 209 stores, while its old-gold exchange programme contributed 43% of total sales quantity.

Senco Gold Management Commentary and FY27 Outlook

MD & CEO Suvankar Sen attributed the strong Q1 performance to customer trust, festive and wedding demand, and broad-based growth across categories despite volatile gold prices. CFO Sanjay Banka highlighted that this was the company's strongest Q1 revenue growth in recent years and said the focus remains on inventory efficiency and margin stabilization. For FY27, Senco Gold is targeting 20%+ value growth and an EBITDA margin of 7.5%–7.8% through disciplined expansion and operational efficiency.
