SRIT India Overview & Purpose

The SRIT India IPO is offering a Rs 218.40 crore IPO, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 1.68 crore equity shares. The issue is priced in the range of Rs 123 to Rs 130 per share, with a minimum lot size of 115 shares.

As the IPO comprises only a fresh issue, the entire proceeds from the issue will be received by the Company.
