Shah Investor's Home IPO Overview & Purpose

The Shah Investor's Home IPO is offering a Rs 90.17 crore IPO, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 53.99 lakh equity shares. The issue is priced in the range of Rs 159 to Rs 167 per share, with a minimum lot size of 85 shares.

As the IPO comprises only a fresh issue, the entire proceeds from the issue will be received by the Company.
