KPI Green Energy Wind Asset Acquisition Details

KPI Green Energy Limited has entered into a binding offer to acquire 100% equity in Alfanar Energy Private Limited (AEPL) and Netra Wind Private Limited (NWPL).

The transaction involves the acquisition of operational wind power projects located in Bhuj, Gujarat.

AEPL operates a 301.4 MW wind project, while NWPL operates a 206.5 MW wind project. Together, the projects represent 507.9 MW of wind power capacity.

The transaction is proposed to be completed through cash consideration and is targeted for completion on or before February 2027, subject to definitive transaction documents, lender consents and applicable statutory and regulatory approvals.
