IRB InvIT Fund Completes Fundraise

IRB Infrastructure Developers has completed a rupee 2,351 crore capital raise through its sponsored IRB InvIT Fund. The fundraise includes rupee 2,000 crore raised through a QIP and another rupee 351 crore through a preferential allotment of units.

The fundraise received participation from domestic and international institutional investors, providing the InvIT with additional capital for its asset acquisition and expansion plans.
