Shriram Finance Approves Tender Offer to Purchase Up to US$460 Million Senior Secured Notes

The Banking & Finance Committee of Shriram Finance approved a tender offer to purchase the specified Senior Secured Notes for cash.

The offer covers up to US$300 million of the company's 6.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and up to US$160 million of its 6.15% Senior Secured Notes due 2028.

The Notes were issued by Shriram Finance under its US$3.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.

Shriram Finance Senior Secured Notes

The tender offer relates to two outstanding Note series:

  • 6.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2027: Up to US$300 million.
  • 6.15% Senior Secured Notes due 2028: Up to US$160 million.

The maximum aggregate principal amount covered by the approved tender offer is therefore US$460 million.

Shriram Finance stated that further information regarding the purchase of the Notes will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.
