KP Green Engineering Announces Strategic Collaboration
KP Green Engineering Limited, part of the KP Group, has entered into a non-binding LOI with Raz Holding Group, a diversified Saudi Arabian business group, to explore a strategic investment and/or collaboration focused on India's clean energy sector.
The proposed association is intended to support opportunities across KP Green Engineering's clean-energy portfolio, including solar, wind, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), transmission and energy storage.

Under the LOI, the proposed strategic investment or collaboration may be structured through an acquisition, capital infusion or other mutually agreed arrangement.

The proposed transaction remains subject to satisfactory completion of financial, legal, tax, technical and ESG due diligence.

The LOI is non-binding and does not create an obligation on either party to complete the proposed transaction. Any binding commitment will arise only upon execution of definitive agreements.

KP Green Engineering and Raz Holding Group intend to work towards definitive agreements within a 90-day exclusivity period ending November 18, 2026.
