
Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has allotted 7,11,00,000 equity shares with a face value of 1 rupee each under its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The shares were issued at 227 rupees per share, comprising a premium of 226 rupees per share. The issue price reflected a 4.99% discount to the SEBI-prescribed floor price.
The QIP, which opened on July 23, 2026, and closed on July 28, 2026, enabled the company to raise 1,613.97 crore rupees from Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). Following the allotment, Diamond Power's paid-up equity share capital increased from 52,69,71,060 equity shares to 59,80,71,060 equity shares. The company also stated that it will submit the revised shareholding pattern in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations, while details of investors receiving more than 5% of the issue have been disclosed in the exchange filing.
