
Princeton, NJ and Greater Noida, India, July 27, 2026 – Coforge Limited (NSE: COFORGE), a global AI-native engineering services leader, announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Coforge reported revenue of Rs 5,527.7 crore (US$592.2 million) for Q1 FY27, representing a 49% year-on-year increase in rupee terms and a 33% increase in US dollar terms.
Net profit more than doubled to Rs 518.6 crore, marking a 110% year-on-year growth. EBITDA increased 74% year-on-year to Rs 1,123.3 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 20.3%.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) from continuing operations stood at Rs 12.34, up 67.3% compared with the corresponding quarter last year.
During the quarter, the company secured fresh order wins worth US$691 million in total contract value (TCV). Its executable order book for the next twelve months reached US$2.23 billion, reflecting a 44% year-on-year increase.
The Board also recommended an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share, with August 3, 2026 fixed as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility.
