I am kalpana I gave 4 star, then only it will reach all. Actually 1 star ki bi kaabil nahi hain this company. Actually I looking for a brokerage co, for transmission of my late husband share to my account. First I contacted Angel broking, the guy name Mr. Shashi Kashyap, came to me on jamuary 25th 2026. told that Angel will not do death claim, I will do this through Choice, where he is working ( may be he quit Angel or working in both the co) 1. First step, he opened a demat account in choice with csdl, but my late husband dmat was in nsdl, so it has to be convert to nsdl, choice stafs work hard and I got my nsdl dmat and cml copy. These all happened in Feb. 2. Second step I already contacted BOB Capital , where my late husband dmat account was. They sent me all the required form for transmition along with clear guidelines in my mail. I made the print out and handed over all the forms to Mr.Shashi . He much more time to make the affidavits and attestation. All these cost me around 10,000, which I paid him directly. 3 Third step. We post all document sent by BOB on 3 rd week of May. And I got the shares transmitted on june 30, 2026. 4 step, harrasement Mr. Shashi kashyap called me that your shares are transfered. I said thank you. 5th step 25% demand of total amount of share value. I raised a request to sell my share on 1st of july 2026 through app. He visited me on 1st july and said he will charge 25% of share value as brokerage. Before this date , he never mention anything like brokerage or commission anything. Suddenly that day he demanded like this. I feel something fishy, I received my amount on 2nd of july and at the same time I raised a alarm with choice customer care and mailed them too. In the afternoon he called me and ask me to transfer 1 lakh that is 25% of my total share value to his account. But meanwhile Mr. Chhattar singh , from Choice janpath contacted me and told I don't need to pay anything. The guy is not working with Choice anymore. He quit Choice on the month of May itself. I am still living in fear, I can be cheated. While typing all this , my fingers are trembling. Choice should inform their client , if one staff was quiting, so that client can be safe from cheating. Still the issue is not fully solved. I request Choice Authority to finish my issue soon. So whenever some representative visits you ask for his ID card . And clearly ask for the charges that too in return before going for any deal Still he is harrassing me in phone, I am widow and nowhere I am getting help. Don't trust these small broking company., since they don't have any control over it's stafs. The stafs are like vultures, they use the client monetary details to arrange them once they quit the co. I am closing my Account with them as client service is very poor. Please all think twice to continue with them, because the co will not take any responsibility when you are trouble. You have to fight to safeguard your money.

Best broker as per my experience. Best service, best software and dedicated and experienced Relationship manager. Charges are very reasonable. All the best and Keep it up..👍👍👍
