The Present main activities of this companyare Hire Purchase and Leasing operations.MAIN OBJECTSThe Main objects to be pursued by the Company on itsincorporation as set out in its Memorandum of Associationare inter alia as under:1. To carry on the business of purchasing and letting oftease or hire in any part of the Country or abroad allkinds of Plants Machinery tools jigs and fixturesagricultural machinery trawlers vessels bargesautomobiles and vehicles of every kind and descriptionoffice equipment of every kind computers consumer durablesof every kind construction machinery of all types anddescription air conditioning plants electronic equipmentof all kind and description upon any terms as may bethought tit and for that purpose purchasing or otherwiseacquiring domInion over the same whether new or usedrendering all financial services including financing forprojects exports and imports acceptance of creditinvoice discounting factoring invoices debt collectionand making of short term and long term loans.2. Itwill be taking other financial service activities incourseof the next two years.PAST PERFORMANCEAs the Company has started operations only from December1994 no operating results are available.
