L. T. Elevator Limited allotted 10.80 lakh equity shares to Bandhan Small Cap Fund through a preferential issue on July 27, 2026. The acquisition was disclosed under Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
Following the allotment, Bandhan Small Cap Fund now holds 10.80 lakh equity shares, representing a 5.08% stake in the company. The fund did not own any shares in L. T. Elevator before this transaction. As a result of the preferential issue, the company's total equity share capital increased from 1,91,63,055 shares to 2,12,63,133 shares, while the face value of each equity share remains Rupee 10.
