TheCompany''s first Public Issue was made in the year 1991.At present the Company is engaged in the manufacturingand marketing of CTVs VCRs/VCPs B&W TVs and Audios.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYThe Company currently manufactures and markets electronicsproducts like CTV B&W TVs VCRs/VCPs and Audios underthe brand name "OPTONICA" "OPTONICA-SHARP" and"SHARP".The sales of the Company have increased from a level ofRs.703.81 lakhs in 1986-87 (first full year of production andsales) to Rs. 16875.78 lakhs in 1994-95 (year concluded on31st March 1995).
