The Company was incorporated as DM Healthcare Private Limited on January 18 2008 at Kochi Ernakulam Kerala India as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956. The name of the Company was changed to Aster DM Healthcare Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued on November 29 2013.
